Nature of the information
This website describes the activities of Slovakia Technology Investments a.s. and invites commercial discussions. It is general information. It is not legal, tax, insolvency or financial advice, and it is not an offer to buy or sell securities, an investment product or a specific asset. Any transaction depends on assessment, the seller's authority, the required approvals and written terms.
STI invests its own capital and acts as a potential investor, buyer or commercial partner. It does not offer a fund or pooled investment product, and it does not act as insolvency practitioner or legal adviser for anyone who contacts it. Descriptions of procedures are simplified; the applicable law and signed agreements govern.
EU projects
Proposals submitted to EU programmes are described as proposals. A project is described as funded only once a grant agreement or sub-grant agreement has been signed.
